Fall 2023 Session Wednesday 6:15pm Mindful Movement Yoga - Individual

Each time you step onto the mat you have the power to unlock your potential for greater clarity, energy, emotional balance, and enhanced quality of life. When you move mindfully your yoga practice allows you to break habitual patterns of moving and thinking.

Through mindful yoga movements integrated with your breath, you will create balance, flexibility, strengthen and gain the awareness needed to reduce stress and create well-being.

All Classes will be virtual and run from 6:15-7:15 pm

Class Dates: 9/13, 9/20, 10/11, 10/18, 11/8, 11/15, 12/6, 12/13.

No Class: September 27th, October 4th, 25th, November 1st, 22nd, and 29th.
