Connection is a topic that is meaningful to all of us. It may be connecting more deeply to yourself, making time for self-care, connecting with friends and family. This session we will set our intention to explore what makes us feel connected in life.
Through mindful movements integrated with your breath you will create balance, flexibility, strength and gain the awareness needed to reduce stress and create well-being.
All classes are virtual and run from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM.
